I don't understand what a "Community Survey" involves. If it means yet another poll then I really don't see the point. highland council took no notice of anything that our council said on the last occasion so I think it would only be a waste of everyone's time.

Perhaps you should attend the meeting and learn about it, then you will be fully informed.
That's fine if you just want to give up - we live in a democracy, and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Perhaps that's what the HC want - everyone to roll over and forget about it, makes their job easier doesn't it?
